XL Series

The Honda XL series defined the dual-sport segment from the 1970s through the 1990s. From the lightweight, agile XL100S to the high-torque XL600R, the platform is built on a simple, single-cylinder air-cooled engine designed for longevity. These motorcycles were built to be ridden, maintained, repaired, and kept on the road for decades.

As these machines age, original rubber and plastic components often become the limiting factor in restoration. Decades of engine heat, UV exposure, and trail vibration have caused essential mounts, intake seals, and bodywork hardware to become brittle or fail. Because most of these factory parts are now discontinued (NLA), finding quality replacements has become increasingly difficult for owners.

Our replacement parts are designed specifically to solve these common failure points. We focus on matching or improving upon the original (OEM) part through better design or modern material choices. By reproducing those essential components that are no longer available from the factory, we aim to help keep your XL on the road and prevent it from becoming a parts bike.
