1. Booking and Purchase

You can place your orders by accessing the e-shop found on our website. Each product is shown with a photo, a detailed description, and its price, excluding shipping costs.

You can select and reserve any available products by choosing the quantity and confirming your selection into the shopping cart. You can change or cancel items in your shopping cart at any time before final confirmation.

Confirm your purchase by:

• Signing in with your email and password if you have a registered account.

• Registering a new account by filling in the necessary form.

• Proceeding without registering an account until the necessary information is requested at checkout.

Once you receive the Order Confirmation from, the order is acknowledged and confirmed. Order confirmations are generally sent out within two working days from the receipt of the order.

R3print Moto reserves the right to refuse to accept an order at its discretion if the given information is incorrect or unreliable (e.g., incomplete payment details or an incorrect shipping address), or if a significant error has been found on the purchased products (e.g., incorrect price or description).

All information found on the catalogue is as correct and updated as possible; however, product pictures, descriptions, and drawings are illustrative, and final colors or finish may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the nature of on-demand production.

2. Product Availability, Price, and Production Lead Time

The price of each item is inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) for deliveries within the EU, and is given in the specified currency, excluding shipment costs. Shipment fees are calculated based on the chosen delivery service, quantity, volume, weight, and place of delivery, and will be clearly shown at checkout and on the “Order Confirmation Form.”

Production Lead Time

Parts are produced on-demand. Production lead time is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch. This ensures every R3-engineered part meets our quality standards. If we encounter an unforeseen delay or if any material is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed immediately via email.

3. Payment Terms

The customer can pay through the following secure circuits:

• Credit card circuits (e.g., VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON) via Adyen

• Digital Wallet (e.g., Google Pay and Apple Pay) via Adyen

• PayPal circuit

4. Delivery and Courier Fees

Your order will be shipped by Express or Standard Courier (national and international) to your given shipping address from our facility in The Netherlands. A shipment contribution fee, specified at checkout, will be confirmed on the “Order Confirmation Form.” We ship with PostNL or DHL and track & trace is included by default. 

Shipment will only take place once the full payment of the order has been registered by R3print Moto.

Note: The times above are average delivery estimates for standard services. They do not include the 2-5 business day production lead time. These timeframes may vary due to external factors beyond R3print Moto’s control, such as customs delays or disruptions within the carrier’s network. If you require faster delivery, please contact us.

We strongly recommend shipping to a reliable address. R3print Moto is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once proof of delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

5. Duty and Import Taxes

Products delivered within The Netherlands or the European Union are not subject to additional duty or import tax.

International Shipments

For deliveries made to countries outside of the European Union:

• The products are sold exclusive of Tax (VAT) at the point of sale and could be subject to duty and/or import taxes according to the product and country of delivery.

• Possible charges for customs clearance, import taxes, and duties will be due by the customer.

• We have no means to foresee which fees could be requested for custom clearance. Kindly refer to your local customs authority for more information and rates. In the rare case that customs issues prevent delivery, the Customer will be informed and reimbursed (excluding shippingcosts).

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day the purchased products are delivered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us via the contact form within the 14-day period.

The product must be returned undamaged, exactly as delivered, in its original packaging, and after you have received return confirmation from R3print Moto.

• Return Shipping: The goods must be shipped back by a prepaid Insured Postal Package Service to the address provided by R3print Moto via email confirmation.

• Cost: The customer will have to pay the return shipment costs. If the return is due to an error committed by R3print Moto, all shipment fees will be paid by the seller.

• Condition: Any damaged, incomplete, broken, or dirty product due to the Customer will not be reimbursed and will not be eligible for a full refund.

• Reimbursement: Reimbursement of the invoiced amount for the product will take place within 14 days after receipt of the returned product, typically by bank transfer or reversal of the original payment method.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All performed contracts will be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. For any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale, the court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
