Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the part you ordered to preserve your classic motorcycle. If you need to make a return, please follow the steps below.
Policy Summary
Notification Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the package to decide whether to keep the item(s) and notify us of your intent to return.
Return Shipment Timeframe: After notifying us and receiving approval, you have an additional 14 calendar days to ship the item(s) back to us.
Condition: Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
The 5-Step Return Proces
Do not ship anything back before completing Step 1 and receiving return approval confirmation. If you send items back without first notifying R3print Moto and receiving authorization, we cannot guarantee your return will be accepted or refunded.
1. Request the Return (Notify Us)
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to decide whether to keep or return the items.
You must notify R3print Moto of your intent to return via the contact form on our website or by e-mailing us. Please include your order number and email used for the purchase.
We will review your request and send you the return approval confirmation via email. This confirmation is required before proceeding to the next step.
2. Prepare the Products for Shipment
The item(s) must be returned in the condition necessary to assess the product, and must be free from any use beyond initial inspection.
Place the item(s) back in their original packaging.
Include a copy of the sales document (invoice) inside the packaging.
Ensure the product is complete (e.g., if it was a pair or a set).
3. Schedule the Shipment (Send It Back)
After receiving return approval, you have 14 calendar days to ship the goods.
Hand over the shipment to a courier of your choice or to the postal service.
Shipping costs for returning the goods and any customs duties are your responsibility.

Advice: We highly recommend choosing a courier that ensures shipment tracking and provides insurance, as the responsibility for the goods remains with you until we receive them.
4. Important Return Policy Notes
Custom/Made-to-Order Exclusion: Please note that products considered custom or made-to-order (as defined in our General Terms & Conditions, Article 8) may be excluded from the Right of Withdrawal. We will confirm eligibility during the return request process.
Non-EU Customers: Any shipping costs and customs duties for returning a product from a non-EU country to The Netherlands are your responsibility.
5. Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse in Duiven:
The refund will be processed to the original payment method you used to complete the purchase.
The refund will be completed within 14 calendar days of receiving the return.
ATTENTION: R3print Moto may decide not to accept returns without prior authorization, non-compliant returns, or items damaged due to careless handling. In such cases, the return may be rejected or face delays, resulting in the non-issuance of a refund, with costs remaining at your expense.
