Used extensively across Honda’s most iconic models, from the CB750 Four to the C70Z Cub and the GL1200 Goldwing, this wire cord grommet is the primary defense for your wiring as it passes through sharp-edged holes in fenders and frames.

Over decades, original rubber grommets become “petrified”; they harden, crack, and eventually fall out. Once gone, engine vibrations cause the metal edges to cut into your wiring loom, leading to electrical failure, blown fuses or other electrical gremlins. At R3print Moto, we’ve re-engineered this part using TPU 90A, an industrial-grade engineering elastomer. Unlike standard rubber, TPU 90A is “memory-flexible,” making it easier to stretch over old connectors during installation without tearing, while providing a lifetime of UV and chemical resistance.

These modern replicas of the wire harness grommet provide a tighter seal and better vibration dampening than aging dealer stock. Available in sets of 2, 4, or 10 pieces.

Material: TPU 90A (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). This engineering elastomer provides rubber-like flexibility for airtight seals and vibration dampening. Tested to a 94°C Vicat Softening Point, it’s the engineering standard for oil-resistant motorcycle components that won’t crack like aged factory rubber.
