No modifications are needed to install this part—it’s a true ‘plug-and-play’ solution to keep you on your trail. Product includes 4 supports.

Material: TPU 90A (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). This engineering elastomer provides rubber-like flexibility for airtight seals and vibration dampening. Tested to a 94°C Vicat Softening Point, it’s the engineering standard for oil-resistant motorcycle components that won’t crack like aged factory rubber.

Surface Finish: Lightly textured, similar to the original plastic parts.
Production Method: Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing), using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology.
