The fuel selector knob on the Suzuki VX800 is a small component that carries a massive responsibility. Turning a stiff, vintage fuel petcock requires a surprising amount of rotational torque. Over time, the internal U-shaped channel of the factory plastic knob naturally stresses, cracks or completely strips out. Because the original standalone piece is discontinued by the manufacturer, finding an OEM replacement usually means tracking down a costly, complete fuel valve assembly.

This aftermarket replica of partnumber 58481-49302 is engineered to restore instant, reliable control to your fuel system. This petcock lever drops directly onto the factory selector shaft with a secure, exact fit. It features a U-shaped receiver with extra thickness to handle repeated turning force, along with deep, crisp perimeter ridges for a solid grip even when wearing thick riding gloves.

Manufactured using carbon fibre infused high temperature resistant Nylon (PAHT-CF) that resist fuel splashes and outdoor exposure, this knob is a rugged, long-lasting solution for weathered or missing factory controls. To install, simply clean any old plastic debris from the stock U-shaped fuel selector shaft and press the new knob directly into place.

Installation note: the U-shaped receiver shaft needs to be glued into the lever first. Regular superglue works to an extent but we recommend a (two-part) expoxy, like JBweld of Bison Epoxy.
